Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract under the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity:

 

A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General Information

• Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us if possible in original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

• Please do not return the goods to us postage due if possible.
• Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
